What counts as a seat?

A seat is one named employee covered by the extension. Every seat includes the full product: enforcement, in-the-moment coaching, practice areas, the weekly digest, and the My AI Usage transparency page. Coaching is bundled, not an upsell.

Question 2

What happens if we don't continue after the pilot?

Accepted Answer

Your data is deleted within 15 days and nothing auto-renews. The pilot ends when the 60 days end — there is no silent conversion to a paid contract. If you continue, pilot participants roll straight onto Team pricing.

Question 3

Is billing automated?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — we invoice manually, annually in advance, net 30. That also means no surprise seat-true-ups: your invoice is what you agreed to. A self-serve billing portal comes with scale (customer #2, per our roadmap), and self-serve trial pricing will come with it.

Question 4

Isn't the pilot fee steep if it might end in deletion?

Accepted Answer

The pilot is the product, not a demo sandbox: your real policy, your real team, 60 days of enforcement and coaching, plus onboarding (directory import, notice rollout, attestation). If you convert, the work transfers as-is. For reference-quality logos the fee is waivable — a good reference is worth more than the invoice.

Do you charge for the privacy switches?

No. The Training Exclusion — the contractual commitment that governs any use of de-identified aggregates — costs nothing. It costs us data, not money, and charging for a privacy off-switch reads badly in review.

What about the desktop agent?

Accepted Answer

Optional and add-on priced (+$5/seat/month). It covers desktop AI apps and AI CLIs in terminals. Our field advice: start with the extension — it deploys in about a minute and covers where most AI use happens today.

How does this compare to AI security suites?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise AI-governance platforms mostly don't publish prices and often carry large seat minimums — several list 200–1,000+ seats. CoaPro is priced and built for 10–500 employees, publishes its numbers, includes coaching on every seat, and hands every employee a transparency page. Security vendors coach safety; we coach AI skill and handle safety too.
